Yippee, it's Friday!!

Hello all,
Just a friendly reminder that Monday is the School Track Day, and it is considered a regular school day so even if you are not involved in an event you need to attend to cheer on your school.
Remember: Listen to the radio to hear of any changes due to weather conditions.
They will have announcements on the River and Rock 106.

Also, be sure to wear proper clothing for the day. Bring a hat, sunblock, and a water bottle in case of hot, sunny weather or a warm jacket for colder weather.

Hello all,
Sorry about yesterday's blog but these things happen.
As I said in class, tomorrow we are doing something special so remember to be on your best behaviour for the morning. I know you will be.

Social Studies:
There is no homework, but try to find relevant articles pertaining to local, provincial, or federal government.

Math:
Have the Scatterplots worksheet ready for Tuesday's class.

Language Arts:
No homework.

Make sure your parent or guardian receives the letter sent home today.

Toosday! Twosday! Tuesday!

You know, I kind of think that we could spell the word Tuesday many different ways. It is a day of the week like any other so it could be called Toosday - as in it's a day too. It's the second day of the week so Twosday would also work. Whomever invented the word missed out on a valuable opportunity to really make an impression.

• Gather all your China notes together as they will be collected Thursday.
