Tuesday Talk

Hello gang!
Tomorrow is our first field trip of the school year. Please remember to bring your hats, jackets and waterbottles to school, you will probably need them. Also, remember to eat your lunch quickly and wait for Ms. Auringer to pick you up at 12:35 from the gym. For those of you that go home for lunch, make sure you are back and in the classroom by 12:55 pm.

Homework for today:
Social Studies

• Vocabulary definitions are due Friday

Math

• Page 7 and 8 in blue booklet. This will be collected for marks.
• Problem solving is due Wednesday - put your booklet into the blue basket before lunchtime.
• Booklet #1 corrections are due September 30.

Language Arts

• Spelling test Monday, October 4

Science

• Pressing Air handouts will be collected tomorrow

Take some time to review your notes daily, this will help keep you on track and will lessen your study load before tests and quizzes.

Reminders for Tomorrow

Hello Grade 6,
We did a lot of work in L.A. today. Remember the spelling test will be next Monday rather than Thursday as we are having an activity day.
The "There/Their/They're Worksheet" is due tomorrow as well as the good copy of your nature poem. Most of you are done everything during class so relax and have a good night.

Social Studies
We watched a video about Greece. There was some vocabulary definitons to find and some questions due for next Social class.
